United Methodist Women

Good Shepherd's ministry includes an active unit of United Methodist Women.  Oriented toward mission and service, UMW also provides a wonderful opportunity for discipleship and fellowship. 

As stated in the Book of Discipline of the United Methodist Church, "The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church."

When:  First Saturday of Each Month (seasonal), 9:00 am
Where:  Bruce Chapel

The group comes together each month and shares in a meal, with fellowship, organizational reports, and planning time.
